烤羊肉串


用料:羊肉丁、盐、白胡椒粉、鸡粉、辣椒粉、孜然粉、芝麻等

做法:

1、羊肉切丁,放在盆里,放入盐、白胡椒粉、鸡粉、辣椒粉、孜然粉,抓拌均匀后,再倒入适量的食用油拌匀。;

2、把羊肉串在竹签上,最好是在每串羊肉串的中间串上一块肥肉;

3、碳槽生火,红碳为最佳。放上穿好的羊肉串,煽火烤,不要生烟,烟熏到肉的味道就不好了;

4、烤到微焦,拿下来,洒上孜然和芝麻,再回炉烤一小会儿将芝麻烤香,再均匀地撒上辣椒面即可。
